Clary Redd's "Year in Review" Article in Trusts & Estates Magazine

Stinson Leonard Street LLP attorney Charles A. "Clary" Redd published an article in the January 2018 issue of Trusts & Estates magazine. In the article, Clary examines some of last year's important legislative, regulatory and case law developments for trust and estate professionals and their clients.

He discusses the 2017 tax legislation and withdrawal of the dreaded IRC Section 2704 proposed regulations as well as developments in trust decanting, family limited partnerships and transmitting unused estate tax exemption to a surviving spouse.
