Chuck Hatfield Named Chair of Financial Services and Class Action Division at Stinson Leonard Street

Stinson Leonard Street LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Chuck Hatfield has been named chair of the firm’s Financial Services and Class Action Litigation Division.

Representing clients for years in complex litigation, Hatfield has handled more than a dozen major cases before the Missouri Supreme Court. He regularly appears before administrative agencies as well as trial and appellate courts at both the state and federal levels.

As chair of the Financial Services and Class Action Litigation Division, Hatfield will coordinate the efforts of 29 litigators across the firm's offices. The Division has attorneys in Missouri, Minnesota, Colorado, Kansas, Arizona and the District of Columbia.

Hatfield also chairs the firm's Government Solutions practice, building on his 10 years as chief of staff and counsel to Missouri Attorney General Jay Nixon.
