Benjamin Court Joins Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Practice

Stinson Leonard Street LLP is proud to announce that Benjamin Court has joined the firm as a partner in the bankruptcy and creditor's rights practice group. He will practice in the Minneapolis office.

In his practice, Court represents equipment finance organizations, consensual, statutory and judgment lienholders, banks, asset buyers, lenders and creditors involved in the leasing of personal property, secured transactions, distressed asset and workout scenarios, lien enforcement situations, insolvency proceedings, bankruptcy and restructuring matters, and complex litigation throughout the country.

He joins Stinson Leonard Street from a Twin Cities law firm.

Stinson Leonard Street's bankruptcy attorneys have extensive experience on both sides of the courtroom, including debtor representation, creditor representation and specialized services surrounding financially distressed entities. The team represents secured and unsecured creditors, committees, shareholders, boards of directors, lessors and Chapter 7 and 11 trustees across the United States in diverse industries such as professional sports, telecommunications, real estate, agriculture, manufacturing, retail, and the transportation and auto industry.

Court earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. He is a member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the National Equipment Finance Association, and the Turnaround Management Association.
