Benefits Attorney Audrey Fenske Joins Stinson Leonard Street in Minneapolis
MINNEAPOLIS (March 3, 2017)—Stinson Leonard Street LLP is proud to announce that Audrey Fenske has joined the firm as a partner in the Employee Benefits group. She practices in Minneapolis.
Fenske counsels publicly- and closely-held clients on compensation and benefits matters both in the U.S. and abroad. She has a broad background in ERISA and related regulatory matters and has significant experience helping businesses and tax-exempt organizations of all sizes design, implement and maintain employee benefit and executive compensation programs.
She advises employers on qualified and nonqualified pension and profit sharing plans, employee stock purchase plans, and welfare and fringe benefit plans. She also helps employers develop equity and cash incentive compensation plans that are tax efficient and provide a competitive edge in attracting and maintaining top talent.
Fenske comes to the firm from a successful private practice. She also worked for 20 years as an executive director at Ernst & Young where she advised companies on compensation and benefits issues.
