Benchmark Litigation Names Stinson Leonard Street "Kansas Firm of the Year"

Stinson Leonard Street LLP is proud to announce that the firm was named "Kansas Litigation Firm of the Year" for 2017 by Benchmark Litigation. The fifth annual Benchmark Litigation U.S. awards ceremony was held in New York City. Lynn Preheim, the managing partner of the Wichita office, accepted the award on behalf of the firm.

Litigators in the firm's Wichita office have wide-ranging trial experience including commercial contract matters, environmental claims, employment, nuisance and other tort claims, medical malpractice defense, UCC issues, shareholder and ownership disputes, banking, software, aviation and aircraft crash defense and complex product liability litigation. They represent clients in state and federal court, before administrative agencies, on appeal and in alternative dispute resolution.

This past year attorneys in the Wichita office tried several weeks-long cases involving allegations of misappropriation of trade secrets, and disputes over water law, insurance coverage and property tax.
