Banking and Financial Services Attorney Adam Nathe Joins Stinson Leonard Street in Minneapolis
Stinson Leonard Street LLP is proud to announce that Adam Nathe has joined the firm as a partner in the Minneapolis office.
Nathe is a commercial finance lawyer with extensive experience with complex commercial, agricultural, equipment, alternative energy, and real estate financing transactions. Over his 16 years' in private practice, Nathe has served as a trusted advisor to commercial lenders of various sizes, institutional lenders, investment funds, and corporate clients. Nathe also advises businesses on general corporate matters, contracting, capital raising and acquisitions; and, in his early career was a commercial litigator.
Nathe earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School. He joins Stinson from a successful private practice based in Minneapolis where he also served as chair of that firm's hiring committee and was past chair of its diversity and inclusion committee.
Stinson's banking and financial services practice assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, regulatory matters, consumer finance, payment systems and Fin Tech, commercial lending, and creditors’ rights issues. The firm's clients include publicly held and privately owned banks, bank holding companies, financial holding companies, savings banks, specialty finance companies, mortgage bankers/brokers, REITs, loan servicing companies, securities broker/dealers, investment advisors, insurance companies and insurance agencies.
