Stinson LLP partners David Axtell and David Barnard were recently quoted in a Legaltech News article on ways tech startups can avoid costly litigation. 

Both attorneys discussed the importance of combating theft and protecting data for startup companies by encouraging employees to work on company-owned devices and establishing whistleblower policies.
