Attorney Heather Esau Zerger Joins Stinson in Wichita

Stinson LLP is excited to announce that Heather Esau Zerger has joined the firm as a partner in our Wichita office. 

Zerger has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, and frequently works with financial institutions, commercial organizations and municipalities to develop effective legal strategies for commercial and employment-related litigation matters. She also counsels employers on issues arising under the FLSA, Title VII, ADA, FMLA and state employment laws, in addition to conducting harassment and discrimination investigations and revising employee handbooks.

In addition to her practice, Zerger currently serves on the Bethel College Board of Directors, where she earned her bachelor's degree in 1996. She graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1999.
