Ashley E. Arroyo Joins Real Estate Practice in Denver

Stinson Leonard Street LLP is pleased to announce that Ashley E. Arroyo has joined the firm's Denver office.

Arroyo focuses her practice on transactions related to commercial real estate, real estate financing and corporate business activities. She has significant experience advising clients in all phases of real estate transactions, including acquiring, selling, and developing real property for commercial and industrial developments, as well as retail and mixed-use projects.

Arroyo regularly assists clients with acquisition financing, legal opinions, leasing, land use, zoning, due diligence and title review. She has served as counsel for borrowers and lenders in dozens of multimillion dollar loan transactions. Her practice also includes drafting and negotiating various types of business contracts and agreements, along with structuring and documenting secured-lending transactions.

Arroyo's background includes serving as an assistant city attorney in the Municipal Operations section of the Denver City Attorney's Office, where she served as in-house counsel for city agencies, such as the Office of Economic Development and Theatres & Arenas.

In addition, she has significant commercial, construction and general litigation experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants at trial, mediation and arbitration. She earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School.
