Zane's presentation is "Sessions plans reverse on marijuana enforcement: What happens now?" U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions recently announced plans to reverse an Obama-era policy that gave banks a stay on enforcement of federal marijuana laws. The decision raises many questions for the industry like will banks be prosecuted and what will Colorado's U.S. Attorney do?
The half-day event is aimed at arming bankers to efficiently and effectively respond and adapt to the increasing number of issues to juggle including public policy-related challenges and the changing face of the industry as customers' needs diversify.
