Traci Bransford, David Kim, Donna Gonzales and Samir Mehta to Present at Global Tec Forum
Stinson Leonard Street partners Traci Bransford and David Kim and attorneys Donna Gonzales and Samir Mehta are presenting at the Minority Corporate Counsel Association's Global Tec Forum April 12-13, 2018 at the JW Marriott in Austin, Tex.
At 2:45 p.m. April 12, David will participate in the "Rise of the Machines: The Next Generation of Data Modeling" panel discussion. The panel will discuss the advantages of predictive coding technology and explore some of the cutting edge ways in which predictive modeling is now being used by corporations and law firms and look at future expanded uses of predictive modeling.
At 4 p.m. April 13, Traci, Donna and Samir are participating in the "Data Privacy Considerations When Using AI in Online Advertising" panel discussion. The panel will discuss how certain data collection can run afoul of Federal Trade Commission regulations, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act anti-circumvention laws, as well as the new EU General Protection Regulation. The discussion will also cover best practices and what to look for in IT vendor agreements, as well as how to potentially shift liability in licenses for AI-related technology.
