The panel will first focus on trending issues and then invite the audience to participate with real time, electronic polling data from attendees.
Tracey is a partner in the firm's Minneapolis office. She has significant class and collective action experience especially in the railroad and transportation industries, litigating Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) collective and state law class actions. Clients have engaged her to represent them in various states involving federal and state wage and hour claims relating to off-the-clock work, donning and doffing, overtime pay, minimum wage, gratuity and expense reimbursement claims.
