Three Stinson IP Partners to Present at Association of Corporate Counsel CLE

Speaking Engagement

Stinson Leonard Street partners Jeannie Boettler, Steven Kazmierski and David Kim will present "Caveat Emptor: The Need to Conduct IP Due Diligence" at the upcoming meeting of the Association of Corporate Counsel St. Louis Chapter.

The seminar will run 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. June 15, 2017 at the Stinson's St. Louis office, 7700 Forsyth Blvd., suite 1100; Clayton, Mo. 63105.

Jeannie, Steven and David's presentation will cover the role intellectual property plays in today's economy. For some businesses IP makes up a substantial portion of its valuation. This program will highlight how businesses are affected by IP, even where IP is not considered to be a central part of a business deal or of the business itself, and demonstrate the business case for conducting IP diligence in almost any situation.
