Steve Cosentino, Mark Hargrave and Andrew Muller will present at the Missouri Bankers Association’s 2015 Bank Legal Issues Conference. The conference runs October 29-30, 2015 and will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott, in Columbia, Missouri.
Steve will present on the topic of IT vendor negotiations strategies; Mark will present on data security issues; and Andrew is taking part in a review of banking and lending case examples.

Steve Cosentino, an innovative leader in the information technology, software and online industries, chairs the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology division. Mark Hargrave focuses his practice on financial and commercial law matters. He places special emphasis on issues involving payment systems, secured lending and regulatory compliance. Andrew Muller has represented banks and other lenders as creditors in bankruptcy cases and as plaintiffs or defendants in civil litigation. He has experience representing clients at all stages of dealing with loan issues and problem loans, including drafting workout agreements, filing suit when appropriate and defending against lender liability lawsuits.
