Roy Goldberg, Lisa Harig will Present at the Federal Bar Association's Transportation Security Law Forum
Stinson Leonard Street LLP partners Lisa Harig and Roy Goldberg will present at the Federal Bar Association's Evolution of Transportation Security Law Forum May 14, 2018 at the Transportation Security Administration Town Hall in Arlington, Va.
Roy will participate in the " Aviation Security Law Legal Framework: 9/11 to the Present" panel discussion and Lisa will give the closing remarks for the forum.
Roy is a partner in the firm's Washington, DC office. He is a trial, appellate and regulatory attorney and transportation lawyer who represents corporations, partnerships, airlines, airports, trade associations, aircraft owners, airport vendors, developers and other aviation and transportation entities on a wide range of commercial and regulatory litigation matters, and provides advice and counseling to airlines, airports and other aviation industry entities. One of Goldberg's areas of focus is airport compliance with the federal grant assurances to which they agree in exchange for receipt of federal funds. He also has a general commercial, intellectual property, and class action litigation practice which is national in scope.
Lisa is also a partner in the firm's Washington, DC office. She is an experienced aviation and aerospace attorney representing a wide-range of international and domestic clients in commercial contracts, equipment acquisition and finance, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and regulatory and enforcement matters before the DOT, FAA, PHMSA and TSA. She advises airlines, airports, FBOs, manufactures, travel companies and corporate aviation departments. She also counsels high net worth individuals on aircraft and equipment sales, acquisitions and financing. She is the chair of the Federal Bar Association's Transportation & Transportation Security Law Section.
