Michelle Corrigan to Present During Women Leaders in Law Series
Michelle Corrigan will present "Networking 101: Interactive Discussion on the Challenges and Career Advancement Opportunities Facing Women in Retail and Consumer Products Law," as part of the Women Leaders in Law Series sponsored by the American Conference Institute. The conference is July 20-21, 2015 at the Hotel Palomar in Washington, DC.
Have you ever felt challenged to be heard in a pitch or presentation that you prepared for? Have you ever felt a critical reaction from your colleagues regarding your family life choices? In this unique open floor session , Michelle and Ruth A. Bahe-Jachna of Greenberg Traurig will discuss real world challenges encountered and how they were handled. The challenges facing women in retail and consumer products law are complex and difficult to define in many ways.
Corrigan has nearly 20 years of experience in the areas of products liability, personal injury and business litigation. She has consulted with manufacturers of products about their warning programs and preventative risk management strategies. She is also experienced in the industries of construction litigation and mass tort litigation involving benzene, asbestos and diacetyl exposure. Michelle has a particular interest in issues facing manufacturers of juvenile and children's products.
