Labor Law Updates for Non-Union Employers Panel Discussion

Please join us for a comprehensive panel discussion on labor law updates for non-union employers with Stinson Leonard Street Labor and Employment attorneys.

The panel will focus on recent significant changes in labor law that primarily impact non-union businesses, including:

  • 'Ambush' elections that make it much easier for unions to organize non-union facilities
  • A sea-change decision in the NLRB's joint employer standard
  • Stinson Leonard Street's union avoidance audit services 

The panel will include co-chair of our Labor & Employment and Employee Benefits division, Dominic Cecere, partners, Joel Abrahamson, Robert Overman, Richard PinsJohnny Wang and Matthew Tews presenting from our Minneapolis, Kansas City, St. Louis and Wichita offices, with videoconference at each location.

Videoconference locations will have Labor and Employment attorneys on hand for one on one discussions and questions.
