Please join us for a comprehensive panel discussion on labor law updates for non-union employers with Stinson Leonard Street Labor and Employment attorneys.
The panel will focus on recent significant changes in labor law that primarily impact non-union businesses, including:
- 'Ambush' elections that make it much easier for unions to organize non-union facilities
- A sea-change decision in the NLRB's joint employer standard
- Stinson Leonard Street's union avoidance audit services
