Ch-ch-changes! How to survive conflicts over changes

Changes are a necessary component of virtually every construction project, but they are also the largest source of disputes. You are invited to join Stinson's construction attorneys, Thursday, July 18 for a discussion of how to survive the change order process. This discussion will cover:

  • Important contract language relating to different types of changes
  • Key principles to consider when pursuing or defending claims for changes
  • Practical strategies for successfully avoiding and resolving disputes over changes

Enjoy a light continental breakfast during this informative morning seminar. Attorneys will be available to catch up or answer questions immediately following the session. Steve Lindemann will co-present in Minneapolis and Pat Edwards will co-present from our Kansas City office. Videoconference sessions are available in our downtown Denver and St. Louis offices. A real-time webinar will be offered for those who cannot attend in person.
