Jonathan Schneider to Present on Regional-Focused Climate Policies in the Trump Administration
Stinson Leonard Street partner Jonathan Schneider is presenting at the 35th Annual National CLE Conference-Environmental Law, Land Use, Energy and Litigation Jan. 3-7, 2018 at the Westin Snowmass Resort in Vail, Colo. The conference is brings together national experts on environmental, land use and energy to discuss a range of current issues.
At 7 a.m. Jan. 4 Jonathan will present "Federalism's New Friends: States Take the Environmental Lead in the Trump Era."
Jonathan is a partner in the firm's Washington, DC office. He practices across a broad range of energy issues, ranging from restructuring in the electric and gas industries to traditional rate regulation. He is an experienced administrative litigator, with extensive transactional experience in the regulated arena. Jonathan is vice president of the Energy Bar Association (EBA) and serves on the EBA's Board of Directors and the Boards of EBA's Charitable Foundation and the Energy Law Journal.
