Join Stinson Leonard Street partner Daniel Wennogle on Feb. 23, 2017 for our February construction seminar in our Denver office. This seminar will cover the importance of keeping accurate, contemporaneous documentation for construction jobs so that you can handle legal disputes more efficiently and effectively. We will cover the various legal uses of jobsite documentation, including documenting delays or changes, giving proper notice, and capturing the right kind of information in daily reports and other records. In addition, we will provide examples of how poor recordkeeping, or improper information kept in jobsite records, can harm your case.
