Harvey Reiter to speak at Energy Bar Association Meeting

Harvey Reiter, a partner in the firm’s Washington, DC office, will be a panelist at the Energy Bar Association's Judicial Review Committee lunch meeting on February 5, 2015.
The panel will discuss “My Best and Worst Experiences Facing the Appeals Court Judges: Lessons from Real World Experience.”
The meeting starts at noon at the firm’s Washington, DC office.
Reiter represents clients in the natural gas, electric utility and communications industries, primarily before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Federal Communications Commission and the federal appellate courts. Before entering private practice, Reiter served for nine years first as a staff attorney and then later Special Assistant to the Deputy General Counsel for Litigation with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. He currently serves as the Executive Editor of the Energy Law Journal.
