Speaking Engagement

Ernie Panasci of Stinson Leonard Street LLP will be a part of two panel discussions Friday, November 6 during the upcoming Western Independent Bankers Annual Directors Conference in Carlsbad, California.

Part one of the discussion, "M&A Transactions: Looking Under the Hood, Part I: Designing a Successful M&A Transaction" Ernie will join industry insiders to examine all the necessary elements of putting together a successful M&A deal. Attendees will come away with guidance to evaluate the scalability of their current strategic plan and a deeper understanding of how to create shareholder value.

Part two, "M&A Transactions: Looking Under the Hood, Part II: Dissecting Past Transactions of a Successful Deal and a Not-So-Successful Deal", will examine two recent transactions – one was a success, while the other was plagued with challenges. Attendees will learn how key areas of success can be replicated, and explore what could have been done differently to change the fate of the unsuccessful deal.

Participants can participate in one or both of the sessions. Part one is 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and part two is from 4 p.m. to 5 p. m. Go online for more information or to register for this event.
