Elizabeth Chatham to Present at State Bar of Arizona Annual Convention
Stinson Leonard Street partner Elizabeth Chatham will present at the 2017 State Bar of Arizona Annual Convention June 14-16, 2017 at the Westin La Paloma in Tucson, Ariz.
At 2 p.m. June 16 Elizabeth will take part in the "Employment Immigration and Worksite Enforcement Practice and Updates Discussion." The panel discuss will the significant changes to immigration law since the election of President Donald Trump. The seminar covers recent changes in employment-related immigration benefits and enforcement. Attendees will learn how to respond to enforcement action alleging unauthorized employees, the legal avenues available for foreign nationals, temporary and permanent options for employers looking to hire foreign workers and the possible changes for enforcement and granting of immigrations benefits under President Trump.
