Please join us for the annual Directors' Institute and 2019 Proxy Season Workshop on Thursday, December 6 at the Overland Park Convention Center – a NEW location for this year's event.

This in-depth program is designed for members of boards of directors, corporate officers and in-house counsel. It will address how to proactively prepare your board for its fiduciary responsibilities, from financial reporting to oversight of strategy audits and compensation, as well as how to balance short-term and long-term performance.
