Please join us for the annual Directors' Institute and 2017 Proxy Season Workshop on Wednesday, November 16, 2016.

This in-depth program is designed for members of boards of directors, corporate officers and in-house counsel. It will address how to proactively prepare your board for its fiduciary responsibilities, from financial reporting to oversight of strategy audits and compensation, as well as balancing short-term and long-term performance.

Immediately following the session, please join us for a complimentary cocktail reception where we hope to discuss attendee questions one-on-one.
