David Lutz to Speak at New Market Tax Credit Conference
David Lutz is a featured speaker at the Novogradac 2016 New Markets Tax Credit Conference Oct. 20-21 at the Marriot, New Orleans in New Orleans.
David will be part of the panel discussion at 4 p.m. Oct. 20 "NMTCs and HTCs: Structuring Issues". Attendees will learn about the impact the latest Section 50(d) guidance will have on deals involving twinning the NMTC and the HTC, including pricing and the net results to developers and investors. Experts will also discuss other structuring issues that face transactions that involve both credits.
