David Lutz to Present at Novogradac Historic Tax Credit Conference
Partner, David Lutz will participate in a panel discussion on Small Historic Tax Credit (HTC) Investments at the annual Novogradac Historic Tax Credit Conference on Thursday, September 17 at 1:45 p.m. Lutz and his fellow panel members will discuss the best ways to bring investment to small HTC investments. The panel will discuss who is providing the financing, common small-deal structures and discuss small investments that have come to a successful close.
Stinson Leonard Street continues to partner with Novogradac as a sponsor of the Historic Tax Credit Conference in San Antonio, September 17-18, 2015. At the upcoming conference, Stinson Leonard Street is teaming up with Enhanced Capital to host a pre-conference event at Biga on the Banks on the historic River Walk.
Lutz is the head of the Stinson Leonard Street Tax Credit Finance group and is a leading authority on tax credit programs throughout the country. David is an experienced tax attorney who advises investors, community development entities, developers, syndicators, lenders and other businesses in connection with New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) transactions, historic rehabilitation tax credit transactions and renewable energy tax credit transactions.
