Clary Redd to Present at the 52nd Annual Hawaii Tax Institute
Clary Redd will present at the annual Hawaii Tax Institute Nov. 4, 2015 at the Sheraton Waikiki Resort in Honolulu. Clary's talk is entitled "Post-Mortem Estate Planning" and will focus on what estate planning steps attorneys take after they client dies to avoid the compressed income tax rate structure.
The conference is designed for practitioners interested in keeping abreast of the latest developments in tax matters. This year’s program will utilize and combine the far-reaching experience of its distinguished panel of recognized tax and financial authorities with a positive approach to the current review on a wide variety of subjects.
Clary is a partner in the firm's St. Louis office. His practice is focused on estate planning, estate and trust administration and estate and trust-related litigation. He serves on the faculty for the Hawaii Tax Institute's Foundation and at Chaminade University of Honolulu. He is also an elected member of the American Law Institute and a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
