Carrie Francis and Lonnie Williams, Jr. will present on "Hot Topics in Employment Law: What's Keeping HR Professionals Busy " at the March Arizona ACC Chapter event. The March session is an exclusive members-only event from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 2, 2017 at The Capital Grille in Phoenix, Arizona.

During this Arizona CLE approved program, Lonnie and Carrie deliver a series of short, TED style talks on the most pressing topics in employment law for 2017. This program will be of interest to employers large and small and will focus on real world solutions to today's most important workplace issues. They will provide attendees with examples of steps they can take right now to avoid unwanted scrutiny and ensure compliance with developing federal and state laws and case decisions.

With an MBA and undergraduate degree in business, Carrie is the rare litigator who thinks like a business lawyer. Her extensive trial experience representing management clients in employment and commercial disputes both in jury and bench trials spans over 15 years.

Lonnie is an experienced trial lawyer representing clients in all aspects of their business. He has been recognized for excellence by his clients and peers. Lonnie’s track record of success with judges, juries, and arbitrators across the country gives him an edge in the courtroom and in other settings.
