Bob Monroe will present at the Missouri Independent Bankers Association (MIBA) 38th Annual Convention and Exhibition.
The presentation "CFPB Actions – The Big Gorilla in the Room," is Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at The Lodge of the Four Seasons Golf Resort & Spa Shiki, Lake Ozark, Missouri.
Bob's presentation will explore and discuss the reach of CFPB and its regulations. In addition, he will present case studies covering the many actions taken, and fines levied, by CFPB. There is a new “big gorilla” in the room and Bob and the attendees of this seminar will study the impact CFPB is having on all of us.
Bob is a partner and chair of the firm's Banking and Financial Services division. He has significant experience in matters involving bank and bank holding company mergers and formations, branch acquisitions, capital raising, recapitalizations, negotiating regulatory orders, bank examination issues, reorganizations, succession planning, representing buyers of failed banks, interstate banking issues and director and officer liability issues.
