Denver Tech Center, Kansas City, Minneapolis, St. Louis and Washington DC

Join Sherman Botts, Susan Warshaw Ebner, Steve Schemenauer and Brian Sobczyk for this fast-paced construction law session covering issues to watch out for when seeking a government contract and the ins and outs of using bid protests to address those issues.

The presenters will first cover what to do if you have concerns about the terms of the solicitation. Next, speakers will discuss bid mistakes and the right to correct or withdraw a bid. Speakers will also cover when, where and how to protest the government's award and nonaward decisions and available protest remedies.

Learn the differences between the various places you might protest:

  • Agency
  • U.S. Court of Federal Claims
  • U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO)

They will close out the program by covering your appeal rights, including timing and how to appeal.

Sherman, Susan and Brian will present from our Kansas City office and Steve will join the discussion from our Minneapolis office. The seminar will also be videoconferenced to our Denver Tech Center, St. Louis and Washington, DC offices. A webinar option will be provided for those that cannot attend live in one of our offices.
