Andrew Muller and Nicholas Zluticky to present at National Business Institute Seminar

Stinson Leonard Street LLP attorneys Andrew Muller and Nicholas Zluticky will present at this year’s NBI Kansas Foreclosures and Workouts Seminar.

Muller's presentation is entitled "Ethical Considerations In Debtor/Creditor Cases" and Zluticky’s is entitled "Post-Foreclosure Issues". Both talks are scheduled for Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at the Crowne Plaza – Overland Park in Lenexa, Kansas.

Muller represents banks and other lenders as creditors in bankruptcy cases and as plaintiffs or defendants in civil litigation. He has experience representing clients at all stages of dealing with loan issues and problem loans, including drafting workout agreements, filing suit when appropriate, and defending against lender liability lawsuits.

Zluticky practices in the firm's bankruptcy division. He represents lenders in all aspects of debtor-creditor relationships. His experience includes representation of secured and unsecured lenders in bankruptcy cases, as well as Kansas and Missouri foreclosures, collection actions against borrowers and guarantors, workouts, participation disputes, and lender liability defense.
