Andrea Sellers Participating in Global Entrepreneurship Week, Kansas City
Andrea Sellers is speaking at the Eighth Annual Global Entrepreneurship Week, Kansas City.
Founded by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, Global Entrepreneurship Week is the world’s largest celebration of the innovators who launch startups that bring ideas to life, drive economic growth and expand human welfare. The event joins communities in more than 140 countries to host activities that help entrepreneurs succeed.
Education, networking and collaborative events give aspiring entrepreneurs and experienced business people an opportunity to share in the spirit of entrepreneurship.
Andrea is a partner in the firm's Kansas City office. She practices in all areas of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on the chemical, biosciences and animal health fields. She has significant experience in negotiating and drafting intellectual property agreements, including complex technology development and commercialization,
Andrea will be speaking Nov. 12 at the Intellectual Property Basics for Entrepreneurs seminar. The talk runs from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.
Kansas City consistently has been among the leading cities for GEW events. In 2014, the metro was home to 86 activities hosted by 85 organizations that drew more than 7,000 participants.
