Alisa Ehrlich to Discuss Changes to Immigration Form I-9 at Wichita Chamber of Commerce

Stinson Leonard Street immigration attorney Alisa Ehrlich is speaking about what employers need to know about upcoming changes to Form I-9 and other federal immigration laws at the Wichita Metro Chamber of Commerce's December lunch and learn program at 12 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16, 2016. 

Alisa will cover several topics, including: changes to the Form I-9, common errors to avoid when completing the form, best practices and resources for I-9 compliance, possible fines and penalties for violations and effective tools for training and audits. 

Alisa is a partner in the firm's Wichita office. She counsels employers to remain in compliance with all federal immigration laws. She helps businesses navigate the application procedures for immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, with appeals and litigation and provides proactive training and audits to maintain compliance with Form I-9 requirements.
