Speaking Engagement

Stinson Leonard Street partner Aimee Davenport will present at the 2017 Missouri Water Seminar in Columbia, MO Sept. 7-8, 2017. Her session is at 1:55 p.m. Sept. 7th and is entitled "Municipality Survival Kit."

Aimee and her fellow panelists will discuss what local governments need to know to plan efficiently in light of changing environmental policies and regulations. Attendees will learn what's coming in stormwater, wastewater, and pretreatment regulation; efforts to unify clean and drinking water management and how to work with satellite communities to better manage ever-present wet weather issues.

Aimee is a partner in the firm's Jefferson City, Mo. office. She assists local governments and private clients in all aspects of environmental and energy law to develop comprehensive strategies to manage new requirements and to resolve issues with governmental agencies and interested parties. Aimee has extensive background in regulatory permitting, and defense of enforcement actions under the Clean Water and Safe Drinking Water Acts. Additionally, she assists local governments in resolving territorial disputes that impact the provision of public utilities.

Stinson is proud to sponsor the seminar. More information, and online registration, is available at the Regulatory Environmental Group for Missouri's website.
