Adine S. Momoh to Speak at the 2017 Bankruptcy Institute
Stinson Leonard Street partner Adine S. Momoh will be a featured speaker at the 2017 Bankruptcy Institute presented by Minnesota CLE and the Bankruptcy Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association from October 23 to 24, 2017. Adine will be speaking during the Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Roundtable and will present the topic " The Bankruptcy Court Has Denied Your Motion, Now What?: Motions for Relief from Judgment in Bankruptcy Court."
The Bankruptcy Institute brings together national authorities and Minnesota experts to share their insights into the latest developments and hot topics in bankruptcy law. Participants can choose from twelve timely breakout sessions to design the curriculum that best fits their practice needs and goals.
Adine is a partner and trial attorney in the firm's Minneapolis office.
