Overview
Vince helps companies procure, manage and monetize worldwide patent portfolios. A registered patent attorney, Vince works closely with entities ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups to develop client-specific strategies and solutions based on his deep knowledge of intellectual property law and patent law.
Clients rely on Vince to provide opinions and guidance to enhance protection of important inventions and maintain freedom-to-operate by avoiding infringement of competitor's patents. He also provides counseling and experience in drafting research and development and licensing agreements. His legal counsel and patent protection encompass innovations in a wide range of technical areas, including agricultural chemicals and animal health, pharmaceutical synthesis and formulations, construction materials and methods of manufacture, and all aspects of chemical engineering process design impacting material separation, energy recovery, pollution control, waste treatment and enzymatic processes.
