Sharon Ng is a practical litigator who represents businesses as plaintiffs or defendants in commercial disputes. She also vigorously defends employers in workplace disputes and provides hands-on guidance in employment and labor law. In every aspect of her practice, client service is Sharon’s priority. She stays by her client’s side through each step of the litigation process.
Sharon has represented major financial institutions, privately and publicly held corporations, municipalities, technology start-ups, and international corporations. Based on her experience representing tribal governments and tribally owned corporations, Sharon has the privilege of serving as the chair of the firm’s Tribal Law and Governance practice group. Through prosecuting and defending Native American tribes' and tribal entities' interests in tribal courts across Arizona, Sharon has substantial experience in tribal law.
Sharon believes in service to her community. She is a CASA volunteer and Judge pro tem for the Superior Court of Maricopa County, Arizona. CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates. CASAs are appointed by a judge to speak up for abused and neglected children in court.
Sharon serves as co-chair of the firm's Attorney of Color Employee Resource Group.
Sharon has received her Tribal Human Resource Professional certification through the National Native American Human Resources Association.
In 2015, the firm designated Sharon its 2015 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow. LCLD is an organization of more than 220 corporate chief legal officers and attorneys dedicated to creating a truly diverse U.S. legal profession.
The Asian Corporate & Entrepreneur Leaders (ACEL) recognized Sharon as its 2015 Corporate Leader of the Year. ACEL's mission is to be the proving ground for Greater Phoenix Asian American Professionals, forging leaders of tomorrow through professional development, cultural awareness, community service, and mentorship.
Sharon has been recognized as a Rising Star in the area of business litigation in the 2014-2017 Southwest Super Lawyers.
Prior to joining the firm, she developed her legal skills as a judicial law clerk for Judge John C. Gemmill (ret.), Arizona Court of Appeals Division.
