Overview

Handling a full range of real estate and public finance matters, Dylan focuses on commercial transactions, acquisitions and sales, leasing, development projects, and public incentives. His practice takes advantage of modern tools and perspectives while maintaining a commitment to time-honored methods.

Dylan facilitates a variety of real estate matters, from preliminary review through drafting and negotiations, to closing and beyond. He drafts and negotiates transactional agreements for commercial and industrial transactions, including office and commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, mortgages, shopping center and business park declarations, and reciprocal easement agreements.

He frequently performs real estate due diligence for a variety of commercial and industrial transactions, including title and survey review matters, both for prospective acquisitions and currently portfolio properties. Dylan has experience counseling clients from both a buyer’s and seller’s perspective.

His experience also encompasses real estate-related review and drafting in the context of corporate transactions, including asset sales and mergers, and secured lending transactions.

Real estate counsel for multiple private equity, private and publicly traded companies in leasing and other real estate matters in connection with numerous multimillion dollar platform and similar acquisitions.

Represented real estate investment trusts and multiple NYSE publicly traded companies in the purchase, sale, and leasing of retail, educational, entertainment, and industrial projects in multiple states across the country.

Represented a real estate investment trust in negotiation of various property management agreements in multiple states across the country.

Assisting real estate counsel in sale of assets for energy client in various Midwestern states valued at over $20 million.

Assisting real estate counsel for a Fortune 200- and NYSE-listed client in a nine-figure acquisition featuring multiple future development site assets in Texas' Permian Basin.

Assisting real estate counsel to lender in the development, permitting and financing of multi-million-dollar wind project in a Midwestern state.
