Brad Sandler is an immigration attorney who helps businesses, schools, health care institutions and individual workers obtain temporary and permanent employment related visas. He represents manufacturers, colleges and universities, hospitals and health care systems and computer and software companies to help them recruit the most qualified employees. He also counsels research scientists, physicians, teachers and business executives to successfully complete the required immigration procedures.

Due to his experience in the Physician J-1 waiver area, Brad has served in an advisory capacity to the Conrad 30 Program offices in Kansas, Missouri, and Illinois in connection with proposed regulation changes and operation of these Conrad 30 Programs. He also served in a similar capacity with the Delta Regional Authority in connection with its J-1 waiver program.

Brad also counsels individuals and businesses on a variety of federal issues such as estate tax, income tax, and securities laws, as well as provides general business and corporate advice. In the estate planning area, Brad works with clients to draft estate planning documents, minimize taxes, provide business succession planning and administer probate estates. In the real estate area, Brad works with clients in the acquisition, exchange, sale and development of multi-family, shopping centers, commercial and hotel properties, and in the development of residential properties.
