Bill has enjoyed the practice of law for over 30 years in a variety of legal and business matters that businesses face, including choice of entity decisions; business formation, maintenance, and succession planning matters; general governance counseling, including Board matters; ownership dispute matters; liquidation and dissolution matters; counseling on day-to-day legal and business matters as a de facto general counsel; discussing, negotiating, documenting and advising with respect to all types of strategic and contractual arrangements; and debt and equity fundraising. He also has significant knowledge and experience discussing, negotiating, documenting and advising on merger and acquisition transactions, joint ventures and other business combinations and reorganizations.
