Denyse is a member of the firm’s Energy Environmental & Telecommunications Division. Denyse’s energy practice involves representing clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) on a wide range of public utility regulatory matters. Denyse has participated in various matters before the FERC, including natural gas and electric utility ratemaking proceedings, various proceedings involving the formation and operation of regional transmission organizations and crude oil pipeline proceedings. She has also worked on contract and regulatory matters for municipalities, cooperatives and public power as well as on new project certifications. Denyse’s environmental practice involves advising both government-owned and privately held corporations on compliance with prevention of significant deterioration and best available control technology provisions under the Clean Air Act.
