Danelle is an associate in the firm's Phoenix office. She has a comprehensive transactional practice in corporate and real estate with an emphasis in golf assets and private equity clubs. Danelle's national experience includes all matters of acquisition, sale, operation, and turnover of recreational golf assets and private country clubs around the country. Her broad range of experience also includes bankruptcy and creditors rights including, representing debtors, creditors, creditors' committees and trustees.

Representative Experience

Counsel to general managers, owners, developers, operators and member-controlled golf and country clubs, including private equity clubs, semi-private and public clubs.
Represents developers and members in golf club turnovers and equity conversions.
Counsel to buyers and sellers of golf courses and golf assets.
Counsel to clubs on membership programs, strategic planning and updating and restructuring club operations and documentation, including membership plans, bylaws, membership sales programs, membership financing documentation and membership agreements.
Counsel to nonprofit and private equity club Board of Directors on corporate compliance, corporate governance and general board and operational matters.
Advises clients on issues of due diligence, securities, environmental, corporate compliance, drafting and negotiating agreements, preparation of private equity and non-equity club membership documents, CC&Rs and member and membership issues and disputes.
Represented individual Chapter 11 debtors, creditors, trustees and committees of creditors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 proceedings.
Advises clients on plan and confirmation, claims litigation to enforce secured and unsecured creditors' rights, reorganization, creditor rights, and other bankruptcy matters.
