Rob currently serves as outside general counsel for several Kansas City-based companies, providing assistance on a range of matters such as acquisitions and sales, real estate transactions and commercial leasing, and general corporate matters. Rob also regularly represents venture capital and other equity investors who structure and provide debt and equity financing to facilitate growth and expansion of businesses at all stages. A large part of his representation includes entrepreneurs and start-up companies, as well as closely-held businesses. In this capacity, he also counsels these businesses on all types of general corporate and business matters including contracts, real estate, taxation and other day-to-day legal and business issues. He also represents telecommunications clients in the acquisition and leasing of their communications facilities.
