These secure, password-controlled Web sites are customized to each client’s needs and serve as effective case collaboration and management tools that can be used by in-house and outside counsel. By enabling client and counsel (merits and e-discovery) to rapidly exchange information in one or multiple cases or transactions, the clients are assured that those who need information have one consolidated area containing that information.
