Practice Overview As part of our General Business division, we serve a wide range of clients, both publicly and privately held. Many of our group's clients are family-owned businesses. Most of our group's clients are large enough to need sophisticated legal counsel, but small enough not to have hired a legal staff. For these clients, we act as "general counsel" by coordinating work among the firm's other attorneys practicing in various areas such as immigration, intellectual property, litigation and tax.Critical to our success is our clients' success.
