Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP Named One of the Healthiest Employers by Wichita Business Journal

Stinson's Wichita office has been named by the Wichita Business Journal as one of the Healthiest Employers. Thirty area companies have been named as honorees of the publication's second-annual Healthiest Employer competition.

Winners were selected based on confidential surveys administered by Healthiest Employers, a technology and data research company focused on corporate wellness. The leaders in each of three categories, based on the number of employees, and an overall winner will be honored at a luncheon on February 16, 2012.

Stinson's Wellness Program, which was implemented seven years ago, aims to develop a sustainable culture of wellness by increasing awareness of healthy habits and lifestyle decisions that can prevent disease or assist in managing existing diseases. The firm's comprehensive Wellness Program is available to all attorneys and staff, as well as their families, and includes individual healthy lifestyle consultations, support groups, lunch and learns, walking and running programs, exercise classes, health fairs, wellness screens and onsite flu vaccines and mammograms.
