Stinson Advises H&R Block and Block Financial Regarding $500 Million Public Offering of 5.50% Notes

Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP advised Block Financial LLC and H&R Block, Inc. with respect to the public offering by Block Financial of $500 million of 5.50% notes, which are unconditionally guaranteed by H&R Block. This transaction closed on Thursday, October 25, 2012.
