David Frantze
was named a member of
Midwest Real Estate News'
Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame 2011. In its second annual issue, the Hall of Fame publication highlights the careers of the most accomplished commercial real estate professionals in the Midwest. The 2011 issue features 62 profiles of Midwest real estate professionals. The publication accepted more than 300 nominations in an effort to identify the most successful commercial real estate professionals in the business, including their career success and community efforts.
Well known in the business and civic community, Frantze is a prominent real estate development attorney. He serves as chair of the firm's real estate practice division, and focuses his practice representing developers, property owners, tenants and municipalities in real estate projects. He has worked on numerous Kansas City developments, including Union Station, Sprint Center, the Kansas City Power & Light District and the Kansas City Royals' stadium lease. Frantze also is very active in the community, currently serving on the boards of directors of 14 different civic and charitable groups. He was recently named the 2012 Project Finance Lawyer of the Year and 2012 Real Estate Lawyer of the Year for the Kansas City, Missouri, region by
