Stinson Represents Anheuser-Busch Distributorship in Acquisition

Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP represented Quality Beers of Omaha, LLC, in its acquisition of Quality Brands of Omaha, Inc. The acquisition made the Omaha beer supplier and its parent one of the largest in the Midwest, and one of the top 50 family-owned distributorships in the United States.

Quality Beers of Omaha, LLC, is a subsidiary of Gillick Enterprises, Inc. It has assumed the trade name of Quality Brands of Omaha and continues to be a supplier for Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc.

Stinson's representation included advisement of a multi-million dollar lending facility that includes a syndicated term loan, line of credit and a secured real estate loan. Stinson attorneys involved included Allen Blair, Jim Swenson, Jason Romero, Mark Ovington, Ted Mitchell, Scott Meyerson and Allison Hardy.
